So I got in a really bad roll over accident, and the paramedics in the ambulance cut my brand new biltwell sweater first time I got to wear it. I emailed emerica and told them what had happened and they didn’t reply with words but an email saying order confirmed and they sent me a brand new one with no charge. I have so much respect for this company as I only skate their shoes and the biltwell is absolutely my favorite sweater I’ve bought in a long time.
