I was fine with getting ripped off on a cheap windbreaker because of the artwork.
The jacket I received has half of the artwork depicted.
You already charged me $90 for a $20 windbreaker. The least you could do is deliver what you promised.
I was excited to see my two favorite brands as a child do a collaboration together! Unfortunately once the jacket arrived I realized they did not print the electric eye on the sleeve of the jacket and also neglected to print the character that is supposed to be located on the lower right hand back side of the jacket. Which is basically the reason I chose the jacket over the T-shirt. I sent an email to Emerica stating my issue and they promptly sent me a replacement jacket... But sadly that jacket also was a misprint. I love the quality of Emerica shoes and Toy machine boards but I have to say this jacket and experience has been rather disappointing. Basically threw away $90..5 stars for customer service trying and the brands themselves...but 1 star for quality control. Now I'm stuck with two misprint jackets I'll never wear. 😔
