Absolute favorite hoodie. Fits so good!!! The logo white did have a scratched out spot but I got this during a sale and I’m not complaining at all. Fair trade lol

I love the hoodie
But…. When I picked it out online it was a cream white color, and when I got it, it was more like the photo above and but looks like coffee stained teeth more than it looked like “bone”. I emailed the customer service and they updated the photo and also gave me a future discount coupon… felt bad to complain but they made it right thanks Emerica

Best pullover hoodie
This hoodie came straight out of the packaging as the softest most comfortable garment of clothing I’ve ver owned. By far the best/most comfortable piece of clothing I own. I would highly recommend anyone to buy this hoodie.

Customer service blows
The hoodie is super comfy and awesome but was definitely defective. The graphic was messed up and it looked like it happened right off the press. I tried reaching out to customer service 3 different ways but no one ever got back to me. Nevertheless the hoodie is awesome, it just sucks that it’s not perfect

Absolutely hate all of it
Spent a couple hundred bucks on clothes and all the items are defective and fit awkwardly. Customer service has also been terrible. Will not be ordering from them in the future. Very disappointed.
