Return or Warranty Process - Step by Step
We’re here to make your return experience as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below:
1. Start Your Return
To begin a return or warranty claim, simply fill out our RETURN FORM with your order details.
2. How to Fill Out the Return Form
a) Select the item(s) you wish to return or report under warranty.
b) Choose the reason for the return.
- For a warranty claim, please select "Warranty Claim" and add a note describing the issue.
- Please attach clear photos of the product showing the problem.
c) Accept the terms and submit the form.
3. What Happens Next? How Do I Get the Return Label? (Return vs Warranty)
After your submission is reviewed and approved by our team:
3.1 If You’re Requesting a Return:
If you're located in most European countries (excluding the UK, Netherlands, and Switzerland), you'll receive a prepaid return label on your email.
a) A return/restock fee of €16 (to cover shipping and taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
b) If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return costs completely and provide a free label.
If you're in the UK, Netherlands, or Switzerland, you will receive the return address and RMA number and need to arrange your own shipping.
a) No deduction will be made from your refund.
b) If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return costs completely, but you will need to send it by yourself.
3.2 If You’re Submitting a Warranty Claim:
Once approved, the process is the same as above in terms of shipping.

- There will be no deduction from your refund.
- If you are located in the UK, Netherlands, or Switzerland, you will still need to ship the item yourself. Once received, you will be fully reimbursed, including shipping costs (just send us the receipt).
4. How Do I Ship the Package?
4.1 If You Received a Prepaid Return Label:
- Pack the items in their original packaging.
- Print and attach the return label sent by us to the outside of the package.
- Choose one of these two options:
a)Drop the package off at a FedEx Pick-Up Point, you can find your nearest pick up point here: Find FedEx locations.
b) Schedule a home pickup here (make sure you are on the website of your country): wait for the carrier to collect the package from your address, make sure someone is home at the scheduled time.
Once the package is in transit, both you and our team will receive a tracking number for updates.
4.2 If You Need to Ship the Package Yourself:
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging.
- Use the delivery address we provided to ship the return.
- Choose a reliable courier and schedule a return. Please include the RMA on the package (you will get it with the address to send your return). Here are our recommendations:
- United Kingdom - Royal Mail Click & Drop
- Switzerland - DPD Switzerland
- Netherlands - check local services
Important: Please send us the tracking number of your return so we can speed up the refund process.
5. Receive Return or Warranty Updates
Once your return is in transit, you'll receive:
- A tracking number via email or on a paper receipt (depending on the delivery company).
- We’ll email you again once your return or warranty item has been received in our warehouse, inspected, and processed.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing once the return arrives at our warehouse.
If there are any issues (e.g. wrong items returned or damage), we’ll contact you via email.
6. When Will I Receive My Refund?
- After your return or warranty claim is inspected and approved by our quality team, we’ll initiate your refund.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
- Once the refund is initiated, it may take 1–3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been successfully processed.
