Introducing Jon Dickson’s first pro model: The Dickson, a vulcanized powerhouse designed to endure the harshest skateboarding. A true tank of a shoe, The Dickson is loaded with durability features that are made to stand up to even the toughest sessions.

Reinforced Toe and Stability:
For ultimate durability, The Dickson features a Flick Shield rubber underlay beneath the toe, ensuring that your kickflips won’t wear a hole through the upper. Combined with double-wrapped foxing around the sole, this shoe has a stable and long-lasting foundation for serious skating.

Comfort and Protection for Long Sessions:
Jon Dickson knows that comfort matters, so he added a soft Achilles padding cuff to lock your heel in place and prevent heel bruises. Underfoot, the shoe is equipped with Emerica’s pour-in G6 foam polyurethane insole, providing serious impact resistance to protect your feet when you’re stomping big drops or gaps.

Signature Style and Personal Touches:
Jon added his personal touch to the Dickson with custom artwork on the insole and a signature topaz eyelet – small details that give the shoe a bit of personality without sacrificing performance.

Traction and Durability for Tough Terrain:
For grip on rough streets or dusty spots, Emerica’s Desert Grip tread combined with the classic Triangle Tread ensures rugged traction for all kinds of skating, whether you’re navigating crusty alleys or pushing through rough terrain.

Secure Fit and Durability in Design:
Lycra “Heel Halo” tongue straps inside the shoe hug your foot securely, ensuring no slop during flicks, while a one-piece vamp with fewer seams means added durability for longer-lasting performance.

Despite its high-tech construction, the Dickson keeps a clean, low-top profile, looking like a straightforward skate shoe, but hiding a battle-ready interior that can withstand the gnarliest sessions.

Original Brigade

I started skating back when the Original Bones Brigade was forming. That said, it's bitchin to see a company that not only takes pride within their product but turnes out the best kicks in the industry. Personally I only skate in and own Emerica. In part it's the amazing detail and function that truly serves a purpose. The esthetic alone are second to none. My deepest thanks for ALL the years you have provided me with true excellence.
