The Heritic is a blast from Emerica’s past, originally born in the early 2000s and now reintroduced with modern tech for today’s skating demands. This classic silhouette was designed as a no-nonsense, everyday skate shoe that could handle all the demands of street and park sessions, and the reissue stays true to that formula while adding updates for improved performance.

Durable Construction for Every Skate Session:
The Heritic features a double-stitched TPR rubber toe cap, designed to protect the shoe from flick damage. The TPR overlay acts as a built-in bumper that can take the repeated impact of kickflips and ollies without wearing out, giving you one less thing to worry about. To further reinforce its durability, the Heritic uses triple stitching in high-wear zones and a durable suede upper that stands up to constant abrasion, making this shoe a true workhorse.

Comfort and Support Built-In:
With a cupsole construction, the Heritic delivers more support and impact protection than a traditional vulc, while still keeping the shoe flexible and responsive. It also features an EVA foam footbed with arch support, giving you the comfort needed for long skate sessions. I LOVE these shoes!

These shoes are so comfy! I also really enjoy the extended rubber on the front that took keep them from ripping from skating. They’re sleek looking and the insoles seem to have cushion, I’m assuming for arch support. Very great buy that I’d recommend to anyone, I will be purchasing again in a different color!

Sole construction

It's cupsole has no midsole ,insole is just a flat insole, looking good shoes yes , very nice but disappointed on its sole construction without midsole, heel bruise for sure

Keep Making These! But...

The look and feel of these are so great. I agree with the comments of upgrading the midsole. If so, I would continue to buy and skate these for sure.

Another Emerica Classic!

Love the heretic, great build quality, nice board feel, and comfortable. I love the extra flip/ollie wear zone reinforcing. They could be perfect though if they had removable insoles for a bit more impact protection, and offered offered lace protection with recessed holes or a Hoban style lace cover. All in all though, one of my favorites.

Defected right shoe?

When I saw those, I got super happy because they reminded me of The Reynolds and always wanted a pair. They fit true to size. I put them on as soon they were delivered and right away I started feeling a piece of material bending outward like it was pressing on the right toe. I thought after breaking them in for a few days or week, it would go away, but It was getting somewhat worse whenever I put them on. And I don’t think Emerica would accept returns from wearing them the day they were delivered until now. I didn’t skate in them or anything, just by simply walking, it started happening. I own so many pairs of shoes and never had this happened, perhaps I have to break in the right shoe after two months? Idk. I wanted to give these shoes 5 stars because of the nostalgia and how awesome they look, but due to that problem with the right shoe, I’ll give it a two. Maybe I’ll get another pair
